1 Summon When any male becomes of age, they get summoned from the King. They must join the army for 3 years, or, if they refuse, they die.
Isaac wasn’t planning on staying there for the summoning or dying. For the past month, he was building a small glider. Tonight, he would use it to escape to the Rolling Hills. The wind should be good tonight, and tonight he will escape north, to a place where his parents used to talk about.
